About Ex-Computer

Ex-Computer is headed by Italian IT specialist, Roberto Capodieci. His experience dates back to 1990 when, at the age of 16, he began developing computer programs for analyzing intelligence data after being hired by the Italian State Police Anti-Drug Division as an external consultant, which he still continues to be as of today. Roberto’s main expertise is in the analysis of data to profile users or to identify patterns of behavior. Roberto also works with other equally experienced and discreet IT professionals and assistants, according to the demands of the project undertaken.

Some projects that Roberto has worked on include the very first discovery of modem diallers and cracking down on online child pornography for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and intelligence analysis of telephone call records to construct social networks of criminal organizations for the Italian State Police.

Consultancy in Data Intelligence and Lawful Interception

With his knowledge in IT and intelligence analysis, Roberto and the Ex-Computer team have been hired, by companies that sell Lawful Interception and intelligence analysis tools, to offer consultancy to private and government organizations. Ex-Computer supports clients in the areas of installation of hardware and software systems; collection of intelligence data (also actively through monitoring and tapping activities); analytical process of managing and organizing raw intelligence data into finished intelligence, and continual staff training and support.
